Come together with your fellow Republicans for an enjoyable and uplifting celebration of Lincoln and the enduring principles of the Republican Party.

The 2026 election offers Kitsap County a powerful opportunity to shape the future of both local and state leadership. Building on the strategies we developed in 2024 and 2025, our focus this year is clear: grow our numbers, strengthen our voice, and drive positive change across Kitsap County and Washington State.

Change begins at the grassroots.  By working together, we can flip local and state seats from the bottom up.  With your support, KCRP will expand its reach, sharpen its efforts, and make a lasting impact.

This year we are excited to have as our Master of Ceremonies, Glen Morgan, founder of We The Governed.  Glen is currently the volunteer Executive Director for the Citizens Alliance for Property Rights.  Glen Morgan was the Grassroots Director and the Property Rights Director at the Freedom Foundation 2011-2015.  He enjoys creating videos documenting Big Government’s abuses of citizens, particularly on property rights issues.

We are also honored to feature two outstanding speakers: Brian Heywood, founder of Let’s Go Washington, and Sheriff Keith Swank of Pierce County.

Brian Heywood is a dynamic Washington leader known for pairing business expertise with hands‑on civic engagement.  A Harvard‑educated hedge‑fund manager and part‑time farmer, he has become a driving force behind citizen‑led initiatives, investing his own time and resources to elevate voter voices across the state. Through his work with Let’s Go Washington, he helped mobilize millions of signatures for reforms focused on accountability, parental rights, and taxpayer protections. Supporters describe him as a determined problem‑solver committed to championing everyday Washingtonians.

Sheriff Keith Swank is a seasoned law‑enforcement leader known for his long career in public safety and his strong, outspoken advocacy for local control in policing.  A former Seattle Police Department officer with extensive SWAT and crisis‑response experience, he brings a disciplined, mission‑focused approach to his role as Pierce County Sheriff. Supporters view him as a principled defender of constitutional authority who speaks boldly on behalf of the communities he serves.
