Founded in 1908.  The Kitsap County Republican Party (KCRP) is a Major Political Party as a part of the Washington State Republican Party as defined by Washington Law.  We are comprised of Precinct Committee Officers (PCO) elected in each precinct by the voters, or subsequently appointed by the KCRP Chair.  We are a truly bottom-up organization with the voter electing their PCO, and those PCOs creating the bylaws, electing the officers of and directing the KCRP.
