The Kitsap County Republican Party (KCRP) is dedicated to preserving a republican form of government. That is a government which acknowledges individual persons have rights which are prior to and superior to all human legislation.
In Washington state anyone can file as a Republican. Using our KCRP Platform as a guide, we identify candidates running for office who agree with our core principles and consider them for endorsement. After research and interviews, the Kitsap County Republican Party may endorse candidates we believe will uphold these principles.
After reviewing the candidates who filed for office this year, the grassroots members of our party endorsed the below candidates for the 2024 Primary Election.

I-2066: Stop the Natural Gas Ban
Olympia's gas ban is a direct assault on our energy choice. We need to shut it down NOW or we pay to convert our homes/businesses to 100% electric.
I-2117: Stop the Hidden Gas Tax
Wonder why gas is so expensive in WA State? They think they can sneak in more taxes without us noticing. It's time to call them out & end this hidden tax scam.
I-2109: Repeal the Capital Gains Tax
Success shouldn't be punished. Repealing this tax keeps your money where it belongs, in your pocket.
I-2124: Opt-out of State-Run Long Term Care Act
Government-run long-term case? No way. We deserve the freedom to choose our own plans without state interference. Currently they make us pay it whether we want to or not & it caps at only $30,000.
