Officials need to admit mistakes in public safety policies

It has been exciting to be part of the legislative process in Olympia consisting of testifying in a Law and Justice Senate Committee hearing and having my position noted on bills for the legislative record. Based on what I have seen in Kitsap County, I have testified in-person regarding the Blake decision bills regarding crime and drugs. I also have noted my position on several bills to include the pursuit bill, HB 1363. This is something anyone can do, and I encourage everyone to get involved in this process...
